Our Services
Ame’s Cleaning is a fully-insured company and a member of the Better Business Bureau. We send the same cleaners to your home/office each visit, and the products we use are neither toxic nor abrasive. Our products are VOC Compliant and have met the Green Seal environmental standard for household cleaners.
Standard Cleaning:
Our cleaners scrub and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens. We clean inside the microwave, the top of the refrigerator and the fronts of all appliances. We remove dust and cobwebs from window sills, furniture and silk plants. We move all knick-knacks and other items from counters, tabletops and vanities to clean all items as well as underlying surfaces. We wipe down doors, baseboards in non-carpeted areas, and cabinet fronts. We vacuum carpets, area rugs and hard surface floors before mopping. We also take out the trash, sanitize trashcans and sweep and clean front entrances and back doors.
Detailed Cleaning:
A detailed cleaning includes the standard cleaning services as well as:
- The removal of dust from ceiling fans, blinds and vents
- High-up cobweb removal
- Carpet edging
- The cleaning of baseboards in carpeted areas
- The vacuuming of furniture
Cleaning Pricing:
Ame prefers to speak to each client about the specifics of their home prior to crafting a customized cleaning plan. Estimates may vary based on the number of occupants in the home, type of flooring and presence of pets. Below are a few baseline rates for standard cleaning on a regular basis. Please note that first-time jobs generally take longer and may result in a higher price.
- Square Footage: 2,000 – $100 (+ tax)
- Square Footage: 3,000 – $110 (+ tax)
- Square Footage: 4,000 – $130 (+ tax)
*Ame’s Cleaning is required by state law to charge tax on its services.
Cleaning Details:
We send the same cleaners to your home/office each visit. Our products and procedures kill 99.9% of germs and are neither toxic nor abrasive. The products we use have proven effective in killing the H1N1 virus. We provide approximately 8 cleaning products; however, there are certain items we do not transport from home to home in the interest of sanitation/client preference. If there is a pet in the home, we ask that you provide your own vacuum to limit the spread of allergens. Please provide the following items:
- Approx. 30 white, 100% cotton cloths (usually 14×17 inches), available in the Automotive or Cleaning section of major outlets
- Your preferred floor cleaner for tile & wood
- Toilet brush in each bathroom area
- Tile-X or X-14 (if you have a mildew problem)
- Pledge or preferred product (if you wish to have your furniture polished)
- A quality vacuum (if you have pets)
A la Carte Services:
- Vacuum/Mop – living rooms, hallways, bedrooms, kitchens
- Dust Removal – fans, air return ducts/vents, baseboards, cobwebs
- Bathrooms/Kitchen – scrubbing and sanitization of high traffic areas
